Damascus Steel Chef Knife (Buffalo Horn Handle) This is a handmade Damascus steel (and completely awesome) chef knife, with a handle made of buffalo horn (and brass spacer). There is a beautiful Damascus twist pattern on the blade as well. Damascus is created by forge welding multiple layers of steels, (1095 & 15N20 Japanese high carbon tool steel).
